1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, completing a purchase, or using any software tool provided by Punjab IT, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our products or services.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our services.

2. Products & Services

Punjab IT provides digital software tools focused on data scraping, business automation, lead generation, and related workflows. All products are delivered digitally - no physical goods are shipped.

Product descriptions, features, and capabilities are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to update or modify product features with or without prior notice.

3. License & Usage

Upon successful payment and delivery of a license key, Punjab IT grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the purchased software tool for the validity period (1 year from purchase date) for your own personal or business purposes.

• Each license key is valid for a single user or a single business entity.
• You may not share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software or license key to any third party.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any tool.
• The license expires after 1 year and must be renewed to continue use.

4. Payment & Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

• Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of checkout is the final price.
• Volume discounts apply as displayed in our pricing tiers.
• We do not store your card or payment details - all payment data is handled by Razorpay in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a license key has been delivered.

6. Delivery of Products

License keys are delivered via email within 2–3 hours of payment confirmation during working hours (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST). Orders placed outside working hours are processed on the next working day.

You can also access your license keys any time from your dashboard at dashboard login.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, tools, code, designs, content, and trademarks on this website and within our products are the exclusive property of Punjab IT / Eadds Digital. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

Your purchase grants you a license to use the product - not ownership of the product or its underlying code.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our products or services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data in a manner that violates the terms of service of the target platform.
• Engage in spam, unsolicited communication, or any form of harassment.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, network, or database.
• Resell or redistribute our tools or license keys without explicit written consent.
• Use the tools for any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activity.

We reserve the right to terminate your license without refund if we detect prohibited use.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every system or platform.

Third-party websites and platforms may change their structure at any time, which may affect the functionality of scraping tools. We aim to provide updates but cannot guarantee continuous compatibility.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Punjab IT and its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of our products after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
